Use them! If I could give Founders Waterproofing more stars, I would! Tyler and his team go above and beyond from the first visit to even after the work is done. They are reasonably priced, do outstanding work, and have excellent customer service! They even came back to help with the dehumidifier after I had some electrical work done, and Tyler has responded immediately to my questions about information I got back after an inspection. It's rare to find a company like this one.

Founders Waterproofing was a seamless experience to address my constant water intrusion, especially with all these crazy storms! They were able to get me an estimate quickly at a generous price and install the system the next week. The best part, no more flooding!

I was able to get an estimate in a timely manner from Tiffani, the install was smooth and communication great : Eliel answered all my questions and really cared about the work he was installing. The owner Tyler even showed up throughout the project to make sure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend

Outstanding Quality, Skill, and True Peace of Mind from Founders Waterproofing!

We cannot thank Founders Waterproofing enough for the exceptional job they did on our basement. From start to finish, the entire team treated our home with the utmost care, craftsmanship, and professionalism.

The crew was top-notch every step of the way:

Tyler provided a thorough, honest initial assessment and made us feel completely confident in their plan.

Oliver from management took the time to personally drop by during the project to check on the progress and ensure everything was running seamlessly.

Elion, bringing over 25 years of experience, led a crew of three with incredible skill and dedication. He went above and beyond—even stopping by our house on his day off just to check in on us and review the finished job!

When they opened up our basement floor to dig a proper 12–14" trench for the sump pump lines, they discovered that a previous job by another contractor (JES) was only dug 4" deep and held together with duct tape. Elion and his crew carefully dug up that old system and installed everything correctly. They gave us two new exterior drains and extended our vinyl barrier—delivering a hundred times the quality of our old system at a fraction of the cost.

We are so grateful for Founders' integrity, craftsmanship, and genuine customer care. We highly recommend them to anyone needing basement work done right!

Tyler, Eliel, and the team did a great job on my crawlspace. I had issues getting quotes since the space was smaller (about 250 sq ft), but Founders was great and gave a solid price.

Tore out all old insulation save around the hvac duct, put down the waffle mat, the foam board around the walls, and the thick vapor barrier. Sealed the only vent to the outside with matching brick masonry and cleaned up surrounding masonry so it matched. Drilled a small hole and patched the condensate tube for the dehumidifier into my gutter downspout. Taped up plastic to keep dust contained and swept and cleaned at end. Was in and out in about 6 hours. Hopefully won’t need them for future crawlspace work but would highly recommend and keep front of mind for any other jobs.
